Refund Policy

At HyTechSMS, we believe in fair and transparent dealings with our customers. Refunds may be issued in genuine and valid cases at our discretion. Any attempt to misuse, manipulate, or falsely claim refunds will be treated as fraudulent and may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

Refund requests must be submitted within six (6) months from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Please note that inactivity, non-usage of services, or failure to utilize purchased credits does not automatically qualify for a refund.

All refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.


Account Closure Policy

You may request closure of your HyTechSMS account at any time. Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to the platform or its services using your existing login credentials.

It is your responsibility to formally request account closure. If you choose to close your account without fully using purchased services or credits, no refunds will be issued for unused credits, subscriptions, or remaining validity.

HyTechSMS reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if we detect:

  • Violations of our Terms & Conditions

  • Breach of applicable laws or regulations

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal use of the platform

HyTechSMS shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from account suspension or termination resulting from user misconduct.


Service Guarantee & Limited Liability

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality messaging services. However, due to the nature of telecom networks, internet infrastructure, and third-party dependencies, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete security, or error-free performance.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure compatibility with commonly used software and platforms, HyTechSMS does not guarantee that our services will meet every user’s specific requirements. Users are solely responsible for determining whether the services meet their needs.

HyTechSMS is not responsible or liable for:

  • Content created, transmitted, or shared by users

  • Illegal, inappropriate, or unauthorized actions by users

  • Service downtime, disruptions, or access issues beyond our control

  • Losses caused by account suspension, termination, or misuse

  • Unauthorized use of accounts due to compromised credentials

  • Direct or indirect damages including data loss, business interruption, lost revenue, system failures, or reputational harm

  • Failure or delay in obligations between users, even if facilitated via our platform

  • Damages resulting from phishing attacks, bots, hacking attempts, or other third-party cyber incidents

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
